Indemnification of Intimate Postal:

TERMS OF SALE:
Membership to Intimatepostal.com offers access to monthly subscriptions. Eligible users who purchase a subscription, a "Subscriber" or "Member" will receive products shipped through the U.S.P.S (United States Postal Service). When we deliver the Products to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for Products is passed off to you. Membership is void where prohibited by law, and we reserve the right to terminate your membership for any violation of this Agreement or our Privacy Policy.
Subscription Contract between Intimatepostal.com and Subscribers:
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial payment and recurring payment feature and you knowingly accept complete responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for consecutive monthly periods, at the initial subscription rate. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must log into your account that you are provided upon signing up for your subscription, and cancel your subscription. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Intimatepostal.com may submit charges periodically without any further authorization from you, until you provide notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method prior to the specified cut off date. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Intimatepostal.com could reasonably react.
Terms of Subscribing to Intimate Postal's services:
Prior to purchasing a subscription, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains specific details of the subscription you have chosen to purchase. When you pay for a subscription, Intimate Postal will provide a receipt by e-mail for such purchase. Upon confirming your subscription, your payment method will be charged thereafter. Each of the subscription details and the subscription receipt are incorporated herein by reference and form integral parts hereof. Intimatepostal.com DOES NOT provide a refund of any kind due to the nature of the products that we provide on our website(s) and through our services. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors, and other inaccuracies which we may correct without liability. Subscriptions will be charged in American dollars. Taxes are applicable on all items. All products to be delivered as part of Subscriptions will be shipped at the time set out in the FAQ's on Intimatepostal.com. Once the Products have shipped, your subscription is over unless your subscription renews automatically. If you have subscribed for a monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time after purchasing , but the cancellation will only apply to future purchases not any purchase already made. Intimatepostal.com does not issue refunds. Subscriptions will automatically renew once they are completed. At any time before the automatic renewal date, you may cancel the renewal. If your auto-renewal date passes, and you have not cancelled the renewal of your subscription, a new subscription will start. To further elaborate, you would still be held solely responsible to cancel a multi-month renewal subscription after the first month of the renewal subscription, as set out above. THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION MAY GIVE YOU CANCELLATION RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING CONTRACTS AND, IN SUCH CASE, THIS PROVISION WILL INSTEAD ONLY APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. For multiple month subscriptions, your subscription will renew after your current subscription expires. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any amount of the subscription fee paid for the current subscription period at that time. Intimate Postal reserves the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of any violation of these Terms. Due to the sensitivity & personal nature of the products within the subscription, we are not able to provide refunds. No refunds or exchanges for Products will be made, accepted or committed to.
Terms and Conditions of Subscriptions:
Not standing against anything else set out herein. There is no limit to how frequently subscriptions may be purchased, although Intimatepostal.com does reserve the right to limit quantities at it's discretion. Intimate Postal & Intimatepostal.com IS NOT responsible for lost or stolen Products or lost or stolen subscription receipts, nor are we obligated to replace any of these, you are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact information provided at checkout is completely accurate. Intimatepostal.com will not be held responsible in anyway. Subscriptions purchased from Intimate Postal or Intimatepostal.com are for personal use only and may not be sold or traded, and any actual or attempted circumnavigation of any of the details of "the agreement" set forth will render the subscription void to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to revise, discontinue, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been made). Intimate Postal & Intimatepostal.com does not guarantee that all products on Intimatepostal.com will be In stock.
GENERAL TERMS
Intimateostal.com reserves the right to amend "the agreement" at any time without any notice to the subscriber (you). Intimate Postal & Intimatepostal.com will ensure that the latest, fully-amended version of this "agreement" is published on the Intimatepostal.com. Every subscriber is held responsible for reviewing Intimatepostal.com to obtain timely notice of any possible changes. If you continue to use Intimatepostal.com after the effective date of each amendment, it will be assumed that you have accepted the amended "agreement". By using Intimatepostal.com, you agree that the laws of the United States of America are applicable therein, without reference to conflict of laws principles, will govern this Agreement. Each party hereby waives any right to jury trial in connection with any action or litigation in any way arising out of or related to "the agreement". If any condition forming part of "the agreement" is considered to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be considered severable and any remaining condition's validity and enforceability will not be affected. This contract between you and Intimatepostal.com will be used for convenience purposes and are not to be used as an interpretation guide for this "agreement".
We may at any time act on our rights and obligations stated in "the agreement", entirely or in part, without notice to you. You may not assign this agreement without Intimate Postal & Intimatepostal.com's previous, written consent. This agreement will acclimate to the benefit of and bind you and Intimatepostal.com and its' various personal and legal representatives, advisors, successors and permitted parties.
IN CONCLUSION
This "agreement" before you, which is amended from time to time, including any and all documents, rules, terms and policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the terms and conditions, constitutes the entire "agreement" between Intimatepostal.com and you with respect to aforementioned issues or topics referred to in the "agreement" and surpasses all prior agreements and understandings, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Intimate Postal with respect to such matters.
